Blog Wars!!!

Hey Y'all,

I'm back, done with finals, did pretty good, now I'm waiting for Christmas and New Year's to arrive. Plus My baby bro is going to be in the nativity play as one of the wise men! Yay!!!

So as most of us who frequent twitter have seen, there have been quite a few blogs popping up here and there of girls (I guess) bitching on each other and you know backstabbing each other as most girls do, but on the internet instead. some gossip girl type steez.
Most of these blogs are ridiculous, like seriously, speak/write good english first and foremost. One blog is so funny and very believable because it sounds like the babe is really angry so she messes up every sentence. She bitches on and on about her 'friends' and exposes them and their funny beginnings. (I took the liberty of finding her friends facebook profiles and I must say, her gist is more and more believable, hehe. Don't fight me, I like tatafo, plus i was not fast enough to verify the identities of the other people they bitched about in the other blogs)
Its all funny when i see girls my age and the things they have done, or are still doing, the people they have slept with and the prices they do it for. It makes me seem so innocent (I am Innocent oh!!!).

So lesson for my Nigerian young girls, Know who your friends are, and don't quarell with friends that know all your secrets if you are doing bad bad things! They will expose you. Also, dont do bad bad things oh! its not good, one day you will pay. I will stop there.

Taking A Little Break

Hey Y'all,

So finals start next week and as u may know, I have to do what I have been sent to school to do. So iI'm going to be taking a little break till I am done with finals, then it's gonna be me and my blog and a great vacation so bear with me for now. Before I go, I'll remind you all to go and see Tron: Legacy in theaters on the 17th of december in the US. Also, take some time to watch House M.D. It's growing on me and I'm sure it will grow on you too. :D

Banky W feat. M.i - Feeling it

Hey y'all,

So first of all, Banky W. is my favorite nigerian musician and I am a great fan of his music. I can just sit down all day and listen to his albums. His videos are always well done and very different.

So he released a new video today. "Feeling it" featuring Mr. Incredible himself M.I. This song is one of my favorites from his album 'The W. Experience'. Its such a sweet song, so nice and the video does it justice. Very sophisticated and simple and interesting to watch. It makes the song oh-so better. Also somewhere peeking in the video is Djinee. See if you can spot him.

Johnny Depp

Yep I'm Doing it. I'm Writing about Johnny Depp. The blog is called the 'randomness of it all' right? So, I'm gonna write about my favorite actor of forever, also known as the most versatile actor of his generation.

I'm a die hard Johnny fan. I would watch anything that has him featured in it. Even if it is just his voice, it counts too. He is such a talented actor, can take the role of almost every abnormal thing/person you can think of.I even cringe nowadays when he acts like an actual normal person.
For a person who doesn't say much, he sure puts his all into whatever he puts his mind to. He has been nominated for 3 oscars (academy awards) for three very different movies as a leading man. His first oscar nod was in the movie pirates of the caribbean (if you haven't seen this movie- your loss), he was funny as hell. I dont think there would have been a better jack sparrow. Second oscar nomination was for Finding Neverland, where he played the Role of Jmaes Barrie, the author of the peter pan adventures. The role seemed pretty normal but jmaes barrie was a man child and so johnny played it ever so well. 3rd nod was for Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber on Fleet Street, where he played a venge-filled barber. also very good and very out of the ordinary.

If you have a weird and maybe twisted role, johnny is the to-go man. He and Tim Burton have worked together countless times to bring us the Johnny we all love. They both did: Edward Scissorhands ( We all love this movie), Ed Wood, Sleepy Hollow, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Corpse Bride, Sweeney Todd, Alice in Wonderland. (Note Tim Burton is also his best friend- weridos huh!)

So, How much I love Johnny i sometimes forget he is an American from the south- kentucky to be precise. All his oscar nominations were gotten when he played a brit. he does it so well i cringe when i hear him talk in an american accent. it sincerely is weird.

There you have it. A whole  post dedicated to Johnny Depp. If you want to know more, go on IMDb and Wikipedia or what not, I know I read about him all the time so. Also go see The Tourist in theaters. It's Him and Angelina Jolie (for the record, she is a terrific actor even if she is a husband snatcher and it is really weird that they have not done a movie together seeing how talented they are).

Song Of The Moment

So at the moment this is my song and I will listen to it until I get sick of it. (I did the same to Oleku, Intoxicated and Very Good Bad Guy and I can't stand to listen to them anymore).

This song is so different from any other nigerian song because

1) It's Dare Art Alade a.k.a. Darey

2) It's nigerian RnB and in my opinion there are only two Nigerian RnB musicians- Darey and Banky W

3) The video is beautiful. One of my best videos now. The ladies are beautiful, the special effects are minimal and not over the top and add meaning to the video (take note mo'hits people).

4) Some may argue that it is a copy off Bruno Mars Just The Way You Are but I disagree. This one is very different.

Darey is very talented, and that's why I would continue to listen to his music!

Girl Code

Saw This funny Post on someone's facebook so I decided to steal it and publish it for my Ladies. feel free to add whatever you think is missing and omit whatever you think is not right!


1.) If she looks bad in it, don’t let her leave the house. It’s your duty as a girlfriend to not have her walking around looking foolish or sloppy.
2.) Borrowing anything in her closet that still has a tag on it is forbidden.
3.) Notify her of any rumours related to her or her boo ASAP.
4.) If she can’t handle the truth, sugar coat it. Lying is unacceptable.
5.) Making her look bad (by pointing out flaws, or talking shit) to potential male suitors is a no-no, stop with the jealously.
6.) Never bait out her scene, even if u don't agree with what she’s doing. Call her out in private, defend her in public.
7.) BFFing your girl’s boyfriend is unnecessary. Unless you were already friends, maintaining anything more than an acquaintance style relationship is suspect.
8.) Chicks before dicks. Ditching your girls for a man is inexcusable.
9.) Buying the exact same piece of clothing/accessory as your girlfriend is forbidden unless you are granted
permission from said friend. DON'T swagger jack.
10.) Don’t pry. If she wants to tell you, she will. Her life isn’t your real- life soap opera.
11.) Exes are off limits. Period.
12.) If her beau is making suspect moves, he MUST be exposed
13.) Whoever liked him first has dibs

That's my favorite phrase by Tonks from Harry Potter (if you are an ardent reader you would be able to recognize this exclamation).
So I decided to start writing my blog. Since I am the most random person i know, it wouldn't be fair to keep all that randomness to myself, hence the title of the blog.
I'll try to post as often as I can, since I hate commitments I lose interest after a while.
